| Concern: past dentist did not do Cosmetic Dentistry and Implants. Patient hated missing teeth replaced with a lower partial with unsightly metal hooks. Many different crowns were done through the years without having a great shade match for his complexion. Gary had 2 dental implants to replace his lower removable partial denture, 4 gum surgeries, 2 root canals and 24 crowns all at one time with IV Sedations. Patient was thrilled to have 99% of the work done when he was asleep without feeling anything at all. Healing was uneventful and patient did great. “I finally got my million dollar smile! And it was affordable. It was a whole lot less time, money and aggravation than I thought. Dr Smoler and his staff are terrific!” |

| Concern: Out of position teeth on top and bottom. Front teeth were crooked and tipped backwards and the side teeth were crowded out and tipped forward in his lips. Also the upper jaw was too narrow and the left side of his smile was not visible. Patient wanted a brighter color and dazzling shade. Ten all porcelain Lava Crowns were placed along with 2 areas of gum surgeries to improve the final result. “ WOW. I am very pleased. Dr. Bruce took a lot of time with me every step of the way. I love my smile makeover.” |
